As part of one of the towers being developed by Renaker on Crown Street in Manchester, a gym and swimming pool was to be constructed on the 44th floor.

William Lea Ltd were awarded the contract. Utilising the site hoist and electric mixers, the raw materials were taken up to the 44th floor and mixed inside the building.

The client selected Retanol Xtreme Screed as it is an extremely strong and durable screed, ideally suited for use in gymnasiums. It is also ideal for use in and around swimming pools and shower facilities.
