Attached the to The Trafford Centre, Manchester, Barton Square is a very ornate building with high-quality finishes throughout.

As part of a refurbishment project, the ground floor including, the existing, underlying screed was removed. It was re-screeded by William Lea Ltd on a night-shift basis over many phases to minimise disruption to ongoing trade in the building.

Retanol Xtreme Screed was mixed on site and laid each night, ensuring that the screed was ready to be boarded and trafficked the following morning.

Approximately 2,500m² was installed, then overlaid with a base and marble tile to create the finished floor.
