Retanol Xtreme Screed was proposed and used when the Royal Albert Hall basement was refurbished with the screed being used as the base for the new plant and equipment.

Installed over an ‘egg crate’ type drainage membrane, Retanol Xtreme Screed was site-mixed and pumped from the Ground Level outside, down into the basement for installation.

The screed was guaranteed for a period of 10 years but is expected to last the life of the building.
