Value of screeding, including retail space £850,000+.

William Lea Ltd was selected to install the screed to all back-of-house areas for Laing O'Rourke following a very competitive tendering process.

As the resident screeding company it put us in good stead to install the screeds for the various shop-fitters and other contractors on site.

Predominantly the screeds were Isocrete Isogran and Heavy-Duty K-Screed.  Isocrete Industrial Top was installed to a few of the back-of-house areas.
